Refreshing your spirit through our Business Resource Groups

We believe it is important to connect people with shared interests, backgrounds and/or passions to support one another in building their community and sense of belonging, along with welcoming allies.

What are BRGs?

Our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) provide a forum for employees to get directly involved with and work towards achieving a more inclusive culture. They accomplish this together in the spirit of collaboration, relationship building and mentoring, while also increasing awareness of engagement and the effectiveness of BlueTriton’s holistic DEI&B efforts. BlueTriton offers several employee-led Business Resource Groups working in strong partnership with our DEI&B Team to ensure each meets the needs of our employees.

Mission: Empower and support women, non-binary, and male allies by fostering an inclusive environment and increasing connectivity with one another across BlueTriton Brands. Through broadened relationships, we enable members to expand their network, develop business skills, and excel their personal and career growth.

Mission: To strengthen BlueTriton Brands and its community by harnessing and retaining our unique Veterans’ and Reservists’ skills and experiences.

Mission: Dedicated to attracting, promoting, engaging, and retaining members of the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies within BlueTriton.

Mission: Support the development and advancement of employees that identify as Black at BlueTriton. Aspire to cultivate and nurture a sense of community where Black employees and allies can thrive under a common purpose of encouraging diverse, equitable and inclusive practices. We believe that when each BlueTriton employee brings 100% of themselves to work each day, our organization also thrives.

Mission: The Well B’ing BRG focuses on all aspects of a person’s wellbeing to include physical, emotional, mental, and financial health. The team is particularly passionate about creating a safe space where employees can come together to advocate for the wellbeing of our employees, raise awareness, create a culture of acceptance, and support one another. The group has a strong partnership with our Total Rewards team and helps employees find resources, enables deeper peer-to-peer connection, and hosts events featuring BlueTriton employees along with expert speakers and health professionals.
