Job Description

We are currently seeking a PM Systems Owner – 5 Gallon to report to the 5 Gallon Reliability Manager and will be combination of Remote and Factory based. (Location TBD). This position will be responsible for assessing, implementing and monitoring PM foundations utilizing maintenance systems at all 5 gallon factory sites including asset structure development, work order management and technical capability development. This will include SAP integration and training in Legacy Primo sites. This is a market level position that will act as the market SME for maintenance planning, purchasing and storeroom for 5 gallon sites.

 

Pay Range: $94,975 – $108,887. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.

 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•    Responsible for integrating legacy Primo sites onto SAP systems in a phased approach (2-4 year timeline to be developed).
•    Market SAP CMMS subject matter expert responsible for understanding how to update weekly and monthly reporting of all critical maintenance KPI’s to include but not limited to; PM % Completion, WO Backlog, MIP Manage to the month, Statutory and Critical Maintenance activities.
•    Drive implementation of maintenance planning related projects as required. Track completion of actions within multiple factory sites.
•    Lead projects for new line and new equipment PM systems development (create functional locations, enter PM’s, track implementation).
•    Support CapEx project management (goods receipt PO’s, help drive execution).
•    Lead the tracking of major rebuild windows in all 5 gallon factories.
•    Support implementation of best practice PM’s across multiple sites in developing 5 gallon factories. 
•    Develop market and factory level training content to include CIL’s, PM cards, training videos, etc. working with asset reliability owners. 
•    Lead PM Foundations/Systems assessments and track gap closure in each factory site 
•    Support annual budget development process for 5 gallon sites.
•    Lead market wide Breakdown Analysis (BDA) program for 5 gallon sites.
•    Support implementation of best practices related to maintenance systems.

 

Qualifications

Key qualifications include:
•    Proven Project, Planning or Technical leader in a factory with at least 5 or more years experience leading and managing multiple complex projects at once.
•    Leadership exposure across several functions with fully developed communication skills.
•    Maintenance and technical leadership experience within highspeed packaging, ideally beverage, food or other clean manufacturing.    
•    Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams.   
•    Successful track record of developing people through mentorship and coaching.
•    Developed knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies. (LEAN ,DMAIC, 5why, BDA, TPM).
•    Able to recognize strengths and build high performing teams both virtually and in person.    
•    Highly developed capability to recognize people’s achievements.    
•    Hands on working knowledge of AMM / CPMS systems (SAP Required).    
•    Experience serving in a system trainer or “super user” capacity
•    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
•    Advanced application of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS).
•    Must be able to complete complex data analysis and communicate in Lehman’s terms.
•    Self-motivated and able to manage time and schedule travel independently.
•    Must be able to Travel up to 50-60%.
