Employee Engagement Groups (EEGs):

Our people make the difference. By bringing your best self to work, you will experience a work culture that appreciates who you are, values what you contribute and celebrates your achievements. Our EEGs are employee-led networks does just that.

Our EEGs connect people with shared interests and passions together in the spirit of collaboration, relationship building and mentoring. They increase awareness of engagement and effectiveness of D&I efforts throughout the company to help us connect and win with our consumers.

Purpose: To serve as an engagement group for our early career employees, encouraging its members to develop professionally through leadership skills, industry knowledge, and cross-divisional relationships.

Black Employee Association

Purpose: To promote a work environment where our black employees are empowered to excel professionally and help BlueTriton Brands to leverage its competitive advantage in being the first choice in meal solutions. To foster a strong association among employees and our community, and to act as a catalyst for high-performance execution both at an individual level and company-wide.

Latino Network

Purpose: To foster the development of our latino employees and to promote the business importance of the Hispanic community among our company and brands.

Pride Alliance

Purpose: To Champion, celebrate, and support our LGBTQ+ colleagues to live their most authentic lives at work and in our communities. Aim to empower collaboration and greater business contributions by creating an inclusive environment for all.

Women in Engineering Network

Purpose: To improve the retention and progression of Women in Engineering and Manufacturing by providing support and empowering women professionally.

Working Parents Network

Purpose: To connect working parents across BlueTriton Brands, offering a forum to share and learn from each other to achieve a more satisfying work/life balance, develop in our careers, and harmonize the transition between parent and employee.
